Level THREE | NO jumping, NO equipment | BURN 200 calories
Follow along in real time with this challenging 20 minute LOW IMPACT cardio Tabata workout, designed to work your major muscle groups as well as your heart and lungs! Bodyweight-only CARDIO exercises are performed in 20-second intervals with 10 seconds of rest between for eight work intervals in a row. This great workout has absolutely no jumping, so it’s easy on your knees and your downstairs neighbors, but a real challenge mentally and physically!
MAIN WORKOUT (timer is set for 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, complete each exercise for eight work intervals in a row before moving on to the next):
Half Jacks (4x each side)
Overhead to High Knees
Walking Burpees
V-Reaches
Foot Walkers (onto elevated surface like a couch or chair)
FINISHER (repeat 2x):
Hip Drops (long interval) + Plank Hold (every other short interval)
